Our Refunds & Returns Policy
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our items. If for any reason you are not completely in love with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• A valid proof of purchase is required
Please note
Items purchased as part of a final sale are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.
Exchanges
We offer complimentary size exchanges within Aotearoa, New Zealand. Simply return the original item (in original condition as described above) and we’ll ship the new size to you at no additional cost.
Refunds
We offer refunds for items that are:
• Faulty or damaged, or
• Not as described under the Consumer Guarantees Act
If your item qualifies, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email our team at info@ihana.co.nz with your order reference number and reason for return
2. We’ll provide the return address and simple instructions
3. We recommend you send your item back to us using a tracked courier service
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your credit, exchange, or refund accordingly.
Please Note
• We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
• Store credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date
• We cannot accept returns on garments showing signs of wear, makeup, tan or deodorant.
